Privacy policy
Coriworks ("we") handles personal information collected on the Coriworks website (coriworks.com) under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This policy covers the website only. Each service run by Coriworks (TravelMate, Matchin, Empty Out and others) has its own privacy policy.
1. What we collect and why

- There are no accounts and no payments.
- We use no cookies and no analytics tools.
- Please do not include ID numbers, card or bank numbers, or passwords in your message.
- We do not accept inquiries from children under 14.
2. Retention and deletion
- Inquiries: kept for one year after we reply, then deleted. If an inquiry leads to a contract, we keep it for the period the law requires.
- Access logs: we do not store them ourselves. Logs kept by our providers for security follow their own policies.
- When the period ends, we delete the emails and records so they cannot be restored.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information with third parties, unless the law requires it.
4. Processors and transfer abroad
We use the following providers to run the website and deliver inquiries. Both are in the United States; your information is sent over the network when you submit the form.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please do not send the form. We then cannot answer you through the website.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop processing it. Email us below and we will act without delay and tell you the result.
6. Security
- The website and the form are served over HTTPS.
- Only the people who answer inquiries can read the mailbox.
- The website server does not store your messages.
